Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that the decision in respect of the claim of the petitioner shall be taken expeditiously. He also states that respondent no. 2 is competent to examine the claim. 3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to take decision on the application of the petitioner dated 24.05.2023 within twelve weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the application. In case, there is any adverse material against the petitioner, the same shall be duly communicated to the petitioner and she shall be given opportunity of hearing before any final decision is taken.
