This application under Section - 528 B.N.S.S. has been preferred for quashing of the entire proceedings as well as order dated 02.01.2018, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-6, Firozabad in S.S.T. No. 41 of 2013 (State Vs. Navneet @ Banti and Others), arising out of Chargesheet dated 29.03.2013 in Case Crime No. 04 of 2013, under Sections - 399 and 402 I.P.C., Police Station - G.R.P. Tundla, District - Firozabad, whereby non-bailable warrants have been issued against applicant. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in the aforesaid case applicant was on bail later he had gone to Haryana for labour work, due to which he could not appear before the trial court and thus, non-bailable warrants have been issued against the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant further submitted that prayer made above is not being pressed and applicant would appear before the Trial Court and a direction may be made to the Trial court to decide the bail application of applicant expeditiously in accordance with law. 3. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant surrenders before the Trial court concerned within a period of two weeks from today and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. 5.
