Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner's house is situated at Survey No.835/1b/1b/1 (New survey No.1853/19), which is adjacent to the 4th respondent's property in very same survey number (New Survey No.1853/20). Under these circumstances, the respondents 1 to 3 had wrongly mentioned the 4th respondent's FMB Sketch as square meter in 5.0 meter instead of 4.8 meter, due to which, there was a dispute between the parties. Therefore, the petitioner made representation dated 03.07.2025 to make necessary correction in the 4th respondent's FMB Sketch. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this writ petition. 5. In reply, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would request this Court to pass appropriate orders directing the 1st & 2nd respondents to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner. 3/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.32081 of 2025 6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record. 7. In the case on hand, the petitioner's house is situated at Survey No.835/1b/1b/1 (New survey No.1853/19), which is adjacent to the 4th respondent's property in very same survey number (New Survey No.1853/20). Under these circumstances, the respondents 1 to 3 had wrongly mentioned the 4th respondent's FMB Sketch as square meter in 5.0 meter instead of 4.8 meter, due to which, a dispute arose between the respondents 4 to 8 and the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner made representation dated 03.07.2025 to make necessary correction in the 4th respondent's FMB Sketch. However, the said representation was not considered by the 1st & 2nd respondents till date. 8.
