She was transferred from Government Girls Inter College, Kotabagh, Nainital to Government Girls Inter College, Bhatelia, Dhari, Nainital, vide order dated 26.06.2023. Thus, feeling aggrieved by her transfer, petitioner has filed this writ petition. 4. Learned State Counsel points out that since petitioner has served at sugam places for 25 long years and her total service in durgam place is only four years, therefore, she was transferred to Bhatelia, as per provisions of Transfer Act. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the transfer order dated 26.06.2023, another 2025:UHC:8812 order was passed in respect of the petitioner, whereby she was transferred to Government Girls Inter College, Chorgalia, Nainital, where she has joined also. 6. Since another transfer order has been passed in respect of the petitioner subsequent to filing of this writ petition, therefore, the relief as claimed by petitioner do not survive. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
