The instant writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to decide the appeal dated 17-08-2024 before the Principal Secretary, Social Welfare Department, Anubhag-4 U.P at Lucknow against the order dated 25- 06-2024 passed by Director, Social welfare Department U.P at Lucknow annexure-1 to this writ petition." 2. Sri Shishir Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel on the instruction so received states that the appeal of the petitioner pending before the appellate authority will be decided within a period of six weeks. 3.
