Learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to accept notice for respondent No.1. 2. Notice to respondent No.2 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order to be passed. 3. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "i. Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari and Quash the notice bearing no.ಕಸಂ:ಆಐ /ಸಂಘ-ಸಂ ೆ dated 05.08.2025 issued by the Respondent No.1 at Annexure - A; ii. Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari and Quash the representation dated 26.06.2025 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:43097 WP No. 32447 of 2025 filed by the Respondent No.2 produced at Annexure - H. iii. Pass such other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems proper and fit in the interest of justice and equity." 4. What is being challenged is only a notice which had been issued by respondent No.1 for the petitioner to appear. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner could not appear on that day and subsequent date was not informed in advance and only on a phone call the petitioner was asked to appear. 5. In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that if an advance notice is issued to the petitioner, the same would suffice the requirement of justice. 6. In that view of the matter, on enquiry with the learned counsel for the petitioner as to when the petitioner can appear before respondent No.1, he submitted that the petitioner would appear before respondent No.1 on 05.11.2025 at 11.00 a.m., without requirement of any further notice. 7. Needless to say, the petitioner would be entitled to submit his objections in writing before respondent No.1 which would be considered by respondent No.1 while passing any orders.
