Learned counsel for petitioner submits that order passed by Division Bench was served upon Joint Magistrate on 27.02.2025; however, he has not taken any decision in the matter. 4. Before initiating contempt proceedings, this Court thinks that ends of justice would be met if petitioner is permitted to draw attention of Joint Magistrate to the order of this Court. 5. Accordingly, contempt petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation to Joint Magistrate. If he makes representation within two weeks from today, Joint Magistrate shall take necessary steps for compliance of the order passed by Division Bench, within four months.
