JUSTICE D K SINGH) As directed by this Court in the interim order dated 23.10.2025, the petitioners have not paid a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- by submitting demand drafts in favour of the Registrar General of this Court. 2. In the present writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 03.12.2024 in Review Application No.37/2024 passed by the Karnataka State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (Addl.Bench), Bengaluru. Against the impugned order, the petitioners have alternative statutory remedy of filing a revision petition before the National Consumer Disputes - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45348-DB WP No. 1844 of 2025 Redressal Commission. Instead of filing a revision petition before the National Commission, the petitioners have approached this Court and have also not complied with the interim order despite having undertaken to deposit the bank drafts for Rs.30,00,000/- in the name of Registrar General of this Court. 3.
