Learned advocate Mr.Shah has invited attention of this Court to the directions issued by the learned Single Judge in paragraph No.9 of the impugned order and has submitted that the respondents have not complied with the same. 2. At the outset, we have noticed that no time limit has been fixed by the learned Single Judge for compliance of the directions and hence, in our considered opinion, the present application cannot be entertained. 3. Under the circumstances, the present contempt proceedings stand closed with the following directions: “The respondents to comply with the directions issued by the learned Single Judge within a period of two months from the date C/MCA/2449/2025 ORDER DATED: 16/10/2025 of receipt of writ of the present order.
