The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 07.08.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 588 of 2025, under sections 118(1), 109, 351(2), 352, 115(2) B.N.S., Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
