Mr. Pranjal Mehrotra, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 (the supply company). He submits, petitioner had since made representation dated 31st July, 2025. His client will consider the representation and supply requisite information. Paragraph-1 from our order dated 1st September, 2025 is reproduced below. "1. Mr. Ram Tiwari, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, there was complaint case filed against his client's father, since deceased. The case was decided against his father, ex parte, as by then he had died. Pursuant to order made the supply company after long time raised demand for recovery. His client paid some amount. Prayer is, inter alia, for providing detailed bill of meter no.56480090 in respect of connection no.12783 for period November, 2022 till date and restraining disconnection. " The supply company will deal with petitioner's representation dated 31st July, 2025 and inform result thereof to petitioner, who will communicate certified copy of this order to respondent no. 3. Till three weeks after Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ram Tiwari, Vicky Rastogi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Pranjal Mehrotra Tanuj Rastogi .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) result of the consideration is made known to petitioner, the supply company will stand restrained acting to in distress of petitioner by disconnecting the supply, provided current bills continue to be paid. 3.
