Sri Shashi Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a direction has been sought in nature of certiorari quashing the impugned recovery notice dated 21.08.2024, 02.09.2024 08.10.2024 issued by the respondent no.5 against the petitioner by which the salary of the petitioner has been deducted towards the compensation of Rs 10.85 lakhs imposed upon the petitioner and also a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.5 to refund the entire deducted amount to the petitioner, which has been deducted from September, 2024 from the petitioner's salary in pursuance of the above noted impugned orders, on account of technical inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
