The 2nd respondent has filed a statement wherein it is stated that directions have been given to the Village Officer, Chowannur to take action on the Pokkuvaravu application after giving notice to the petitioner for submitting certain documents which have been detailed in paragraph No.7. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to produce the documents referred to in paragraph No.7 of the statement filed by the 2nd respondent before the 3rd respondent and on production of the 2025:KER:29273 WP(C) NO. 39264 OF 2024 4 same, the 3rd respondent shall take necessary action as already directed by the Additional Tahsildar for effecting mutation of the property covered by Ext.P1 sale deed. Necessary action shall be completed within two months from the date on which the documents are produced by the petitioner.
