At the request of respondents 3 to 9, the first respondent frozen the petitioner’s account and currently does not permit the petitioner to operate it. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the total disputed amount requested by respondents 3 to 9 is Rs. 47,687/-. 4.
