This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred against order dated 09.05.2024, passed by learned Special Judge, Jalaun at Orai (D.A.A.) in Complaint Case No.28 of 2019 (Smt. Munni Rathor Vs. Lalluram and others), under Sections 323, 386, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station- Kotwali Konch, District- Jalaun. 3. Perusal of record shows that in the instant matter, formal charges framed against the applicants, are being challenged. No order by which the said charges were framed, is being impugned. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants submits that this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh application in accordance with law. 5. Accordingly, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. may be dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 6. The certified copies available on record may be returned back to the learned counsel for the applicants by taking photocopy of the same on record.
