Present petition has been filed seeking to assail an order dated 15.7.2025 passed by respondent no.3/ Tehsildar/Assistant Collector, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj in the proceedings under Section 67 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid order has been passed ex parte and without considering his application under Section 67-A of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, which was available on record. Counsel for the State-respondents submits that in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid ex parte order, he may file an application seeking recall of the same, stating the aforesaid facts. Counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that the petitioner would approach respondent no.3 and move a proper application for recall of the ex parte order, which is being impugned in the present writ petition and thereby seek his remedy.
