Pass an order appointing Mr.Vishwanath V Angadi, Retired Principal District Judge, as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes arising between the parties as per Annexure - B, service agreement dated 15.10.2023 at clause 21.5, dispute resolution in exercise of this Hon’ble Courts Jurisdiction under section 11(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. b. In the alternative, appoint any other arbitrator that this Hon’ble Court deems fit to adjudicate the disputes arising between the parties in exercise of this Hon'ble Courts Jurisdiction under section 11(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. c. Pass an order directing the Respondent to pay the costs of the present petition to the Petitioner. d. Pass such other and further order as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the above petition with liberty to approach the Hon’ble High Court of Patna where the cause of action has arisen. 3.
