Govt. Pleader for Home The Court made the following order: ...RESPONDENT(S) 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents 3 and 4 are trying to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 5‘^ respondent. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has filed S.A. No.209 of 2020 against the 5*^ respondent, and this Court granted interim stay on 18.08.2020. Though this Court has granted a stay of the operation of the judgment and decree in A.S. No. 18 of 2018 on the file of the Senior ! i i -2- W.P. No.5238 of 2025 Civil Judge, Kavali, the respondents 3 and 4, at the behest of the respondent, pressurizing the petitioner to settle the disputes. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that one N.Prasad Reddy, the brother-in-law of the 5*^ respondent, has filed a complaint against the petitioner before the Station House Officer, Kavali rural police station, alleging that the petitioner threatening him regarding the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 5*'^ respondent. The police have advised the complainant to redress the issue concerned before the Civil Court and closed the 3. complaint as it is civil in nature. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent.
