Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel for respondents. 2. Petitioner before this Court was appointed by Outsourcing through Contractor as Lineman. By the impugned order dated 05.07.2025, contract of petitioner and 16 other employees were terminated and they were put under a black-list also. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that no reason is assigned as to why petitioner and other employees were put under black-list and it will be a stigma for his further appointment. 4. Learned counsel for respondents submits that there were complaints against petitioner and other employees, therefore, not only their contract were cancelled but they were put under black- list also. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, Court is of the view that petitioner is a contractual appointee, therefore, there is no illegality if his contract is terminated, however, petitioner and other employees are put under black-list without any notice, therefore, said part of impugned order is unsustainable in law, therefore, said part is set aside. 6. However, in case respondents still want to put the petitioner and other employees under black-list, they may do but only after adhering to principles of justice. 7.
