Mr. Harshpal Sekhon, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. Siddharath Bisht and Mr. N.S. Kanyal, learned Assistant Government Advocate for the State. 3. This short term bail application has been moved by the present applicant on medical ground. 4. On the previous date, State Counsel was directed to get instructions in the matter. Today, learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the condition of the applicant is stable and she is under medical treatment. 5. Since from the statement made by learned State Counsel it is clear that the condition of the applicant is stable and medical treatment is being to her, therefore, this Court is of the view that the applicant does not deserves for bail. 6.
