GP FOR COOPERATION (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “to declare the action of the respondents in not applying the notification dated 06.02.2019 in determining the age of superannuation of the petitioner on par with government employees of the State of Andhra Pradesh as arbitrary, illegal, capricious and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from violation of A.P.Cooperative Societies Rules, 1964 and consequently, set aside the impugned proceedings dated 25.03.2019.” 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Co-operation appearing for respondents would submit that in the light of the interim order passed by this Court on 01.04.2019, Petitioner was continued in the 2 service and after attaining the age of superannuation, Petitioner was retired from service and that the cause of action in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.
