The following prayers have been made in the present writ petition: i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directed to respondents authorities, who have deliberately refused to carryout their duties in their official capacity as entrusted to them by law of land. ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1 to de decide the representation date 04.03.2025 pending before him since long time." 2. The petitioners seem to have filed an application before District Authorities for allocating land in Gram Panchayat for Ambedkar Park and for installation of a statue in the said park. The said aspect has to be examined by the administraiton having regard to various factors. 3. As such, no mandamus can be issued. However, we leave it open to the petitioners to approach respondent no. 2, so that he may examine the grievance and take appropriate decision. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
