3. Learned State Counsel made a statement at Bar on instruction that after investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner on 28.01.2022, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it has become infructuous.
4. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for petitioner and he submits that he would challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
5. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with the aforesaid liberty.
6. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
