By way of instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following main relief:-
“ That the respondents may kindly be directed to count the daily waged services of the petitioner rendered by her w.e.f.2007 to 05.11.2015 followed by regularization towards pensionary benefits and other retiral claims in terms of the judgment passed in Sunder Singh case as well as Balo Devi case (Annexures P-6 and P-7) with all consequential benefits as well as monetary benefits in the interest of justice.”
2. Before the reply could be received on behalf of the respondents, learned counsel representing the petitioner, while

referring to judgment dated 8.03.2018 passed in Civil Appeal No.6309 of 2017, titled Sunder Singh vs. The State of Himachal Pradesh and others and judgment dated 18.07.2022, passed in Civil Appeal No.4792 of 2022, titled Balo Devi versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others by the Hon'ble Apex Court, states that issue sought to be decided in the instant proceedings already stands adjudicated and as such, petitioner would be content and satisfied in case directions are issued to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of aforesaid judgments passed by Hon'ble Apex Court. 3. Having regard to the nature of prayer made in the instant petition and order proposed to be passed, this Court sees no necessity to call for the reply on behalf of the respondents. Moreover, issue sought to be decided in the instant proceedings already stands adjudicated by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Sunder Singh and Balo Devi cases (supra) and as such, present petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider and decide the case of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks, taking note of judgment passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in Sunder Singh and Balo Devi case(supra).
Needless to say, authority concerned, while doing the needful in terms of instant order, shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass detailed

speaking order thereupon. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law, if she still remains aggrieved. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. (Sandeep Sharma),
