Vide order dated 21.8.2024 of this court the matter was referred to the mediation center subject to deposit of Rs.60,000/- by the applicant within three weeks from the date of the order. As per the report received from the mediation center dated 27.9.2024 the applicant has not deposited the said amount. 3. The instant application has been filed against the award of interim maintenance to the opposite party no. 2 who is the wife of the applicant herein @ Rs.3,000/- per month. This amount is a meager amount of maintenance which has been awarded as an interim maintenance and the applicant still has enough opportunity to defend the case before the Family Court. 4.
