Mr. Pushpinder Singh Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- (i) “Writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued, directing the respondents to execute the attestation of mutation of the land comprised in Khasra No.1927/1426, measuring 7 kanal and 4 marlas land, situated at Mohal Sidhpur, Mauza Ghaniyara, Tehsil Dharamshala, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, in favour of the petitioner, within a time bound period. (ii) By issuing directions to respondent No.3 to decide the respondent i.e. Annexure P-8 made by the petitioner within a time bound period.” 2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed an application with regard to the issues raised in the writ petition, which is pending before respondent No.3. He submits that interest of justice would be served, in case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to take a call on the application filed by the petitioner within some reasonable time. 4. In the light of the request so made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that appropriate direction on the application of the petitioner be issued by respondent No.3 within a period of four weeks from today, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.
