Ventilating his grievance, he has moved an application before the respondent no. 2 on 22.11.2024 which is pending consideration. 2. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- District Magistrate, Prayagraj to decide the application dated 22.11.2024, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 3.
