By the present writ petition, the petitioner who is a resident of village Borsi , District Durg (C.G.) seeking a limited relief for early decision of representation (Annexure P/8) made to the Collector on dated 20.01.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the portion of Government land reserved as grassland bearing Khasra No. 194/1 admeasuring 1.368 hectare sitauted at village Borsi, District Durg (C.G.) has been encorached upon by the some encroacher over the said land and though the petitioner being a villager of the 3 said village repeatedly bringing this fact before the Revenue Authorities. The respondents are not taking any action against the said encroacher and the land in question is still encroached by the encroachers. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents/State would submit that the representation has been made by the petitioner to the Collector and other Revenue Authorities on several occasion and as the petitioner has represented his grievance to the Collector, the same shall be considered in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard the petitioner in person and counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the representation submitted by the petitioner on several occasions. 5. It appears from the representation that the petitioner is raising a greivance about illegal encroachment by some of the persons over the grassland, hence it is directed that the Collector Durg shall consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and look into the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law and take necessary steps, if illegal encroachment is found over the grassland situated in village- Borsi bearing Khasra No. 194/1. 6.
