In this writ petition, the petitioners are assailing the notice dated 04.07.2025 issued by respondent No.3-Thasildar, vide Annexure- A. 4. It submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, the respondent No.3 has issued the impugned notice without providing a fair opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, notice dated 04.07.2025 be considered as show-cause notice and the petitioners are permitted to file reply/objections with relevant documents within an outer limit of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and after receipt of reply/objections that may be filed by the petitioner herein, respondent No.3 shall take decision in the matter in accordance with law. Till the consideration of - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:26379 WP No. 21057 of 2025 the reply/objections that may be made by the petitioners herein as stated above, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioners.
