The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 08.01.2025 registered as Case Crime No.05 of 2025, under Sections 406, 420 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Banpur, District Lalitpur and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. As per office report dated 08.09.2025, the parties have settled their dispute outside the court and the respondent no.4 has no objection in case the impugned FIR is quashed. 4. Accordingly, the impugned FIR is quashed. 5. The writ petition is allowed. 6. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this compromise in the case diary. 7. Let this order be communicated to the S.P., Banda, by the Registrar (Compliance) within 10 days.
