The petitioners have prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the police authorities particularly respondents no. 3 and 4 not to provide assistance to respondents no. 5 to 7 in taking forcible possession over the bhumidhari land of the petitioner and to maintain status-quo till the disposal of Civil Suit No. 936 of 2025. 2. The admitted fact is that the petitioners have instituted Suit No. 936 of 2025 against private respondents no. 5 to 7 and it is pending before the trial court. It seems that so far there is no order of injunction in the said suit. The petitioners allege that the police authorities are providing assistance to private respondents and they are threatening to dispossess the petitioners. 3. In such a case, it is always open to the petitioners to seek injunction or other appropriate order from the trial court where the suit is pending. No ground is made out to entertain the present writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to seek appropriate orders from the trial court.
