Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.201 dated 07.07.2025 under Sections 110/115/190/191(3)/333/351(3)/61 of the BNS, 2023 (Sections 115(2)/61(2) of BNS were added and Sections 115/61 of BNS deleted later on), registered at Police Station Quilla Panipat, District Panipat. 2. After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court concerned and file appropriate application for the grant of bail and the trial Court concerned be directed to decide the same in a time bound manner. 3. Allowed to do so. 4. The present petition is dismissed a withdrawn. In case, the petitioner appears and surrenders before the Court concerned within a week from today and files an application for regular bail, then the Court concerned would decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a week from the date of its filing.
