The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda (Town) P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 25(1-B)(a) & 26 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. On 13.01.2025, Godda Town police apprehended this petitioner and on search, a loaded country made pistol and a live cartridge were recovered from his possession. It was submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case and offence alleged is triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda, in connection with Godda (Town) P.S.
