At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent No.5 & 6, who is main contesting party in the instant petition would submit that all the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed and the petitioner is being paid regular pension. An arrears of the pension has been credited in his account on 29.02.2020, therefore, this petition become infructuous. 2. On the previous date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to seek instructions in respect of aforesaid contention. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the party is not in his contact. 4.
