The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 17.5.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0129 of 2025, under Sections- 115(2), 352, 351(2), 333 of B.N.S. and 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act, Police Station- Kerakat, District- Jaunpur and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 4. As per the report dated 2.9.2025 sent by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur, the parties have appeared before the court and have settled their dispute. The court has verified the compromise between the parties. 5. In view of the above, the impugned FIR is quashed. 6. The writ petition is allowed. 7. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this compromise in the case diary. 8. Let this order be communicated to the S.P., Jaunpur, by the Registrar (Compliance) within 10 days.
