For the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying the application, IA No.1/2025 is allowed. Delay of 18 days in filing the petition is condoned. 2. The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 22.11.2023, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.18222/2023[S-RES]. 3. The said order dated 22.11.2023, indicates that the petition was disposed of by following an earlier order dated 29.09.2022 in Writ Petition No.22621/2021 [Sri Rajappa M v. State of Karnataka and another]. 4. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for accused and proforma respondent submits that the said order was carried in appeal before the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No. 571/2024 [S-RES] C/W CCC No. 575/2023 [Civil], Writ Appeal No. 276/2024 and Writ Appeal No. 446/2024[S-RES]. The said appeals were dismissed by a judgment dated 22.07.2025. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:36037-DB CCC No. 640 of 2025 However, the accused were granted further time of three (3) months to comply with the order impugned in the said appeals. The said period would expire on 22nd October 2025. 5. In view of the above, the present complaint is also closed with liberty to the complainant to revive the same, if there is no compliance on or before 22nd October 2025. 6.
