1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 2. The
learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners’ are in peaceful possession and enjoyment of Ac. 1.99 cehts in Sy. No.940/2D in Tukivakam Village, Renigunta Mandal, Tirupati District. The learned counsel further submits that the subject property is the ancestral property of the petitioners and
-2- W.P. No.5223 of 2025 /A that they are in continuous possession and enjoyment. However, respondents 5 & 6 are interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioners. The learned counsel submits that 5^^ respondent, at the instigation of respondents 6 and 7, repeatedly calling the petitioners to the police station without any crime being registered against them.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 5, on written instructions, submits that the schedule property falls under the jurisdiction of Gajulamandhyam police station and not in the jurisdiction of Renigunta Urban police station.
4. Be that as it may, even as per the written instructions submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, no case is registered against the petitioners.
5. Considering the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing respondents No.3 and 5 not to disturb the peace of the petitioners without following due process of law. Accordingly, the writ petition is
disposed off at the stage of admission. No costs.

7. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
