At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press this writ petition and as such it may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh as and when the petitioner no.2-Shoyab Aalam attains the age of majority. 3. Shri Pankaj Singh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
