The Application in A.No.4392 of 2025 has been filed by the defendant seeking an order directing the Registrar General of this Honble Court to encash the One Year Fixed Deposit No.7045029010 initially dated 21/10/2020 and subsequently renewed yearly with the last renewal dated 20/10/2024 issued by the Kotak Mahindra Bank (Nariman Point, Mumbai Branch) for a deposit amount of Rs.49,48,934 at the rate of interest of 7.1 percent for a period between 19/10/2024 to 19/10/2025 and make remittance of the encashed amount (along with accrued interest) to the below nominated account under the Settlement Agreement dated 12/07/2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis A No. 4062 of 2025 3. A memo has also been filed by the defendant furnishing the Settlement Agreement dated 12.7.2025 entered into between the plaintiff and the defendant. 4.
