Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State- respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 8.1.2025, registered as Case Crime No.04 of 2025, under Sections- 406, 420, 506 IPC, Police Station- Banpur, District- Lalitpur and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. As per the report dated 8.9.2025 sent by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lalitpur, the parties have appeared before the court and have settled their dispute on account of their own free will. The court has verified the compromise between the parties. 4. In view of the above, the impugned FIR is quashed. 5. The writ petition is allowed. 6. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this compromise in the case diary. 7.
