Page No.# 3/3 The present application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for condonation of delay of 25 days in preferring the connected review petition against the judgment and order dated 04.01.2023 passed by this Court in MAC Appeal No. 468/2019. Mr. Akand, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the delay occurred in filing the connected appeal is not intentional. He further submits that detailed ground of delay has been explained in the petition. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties. The delay has been satisfactorily explained by the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 did not raise any objection against the prayer of the applicant. Considering all, the delay of 25 days is condoned. The Registry is directed to do the needful and shall register the connected appeal and list it in admission column.
