Previously on 26.03.2021 there was illness slip reported of Sri Surendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, as such the matter was adjourned. 5. The present matter is of the year 2019. It is more than five years since then. It appears that learned counsel for the applicant is not interested in pursuing the matter as or the matter has rendered infructuous by efflux of time. 6. Despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant. 7.
