Issues notice to the Respondents. c. Call for the records from the custody of Respondent No 1, 2 & 3. AND d. After hearing both the parties be pleased to direct the respondents to pay the pensionary benefits of the deceased Purnendu Bikash Datta to the petitioner. AND/OR To pass any other order/ orders as your Lordship may deem fit and proper. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for both the parties. 3. It is seen from the record that the petitioner has submitted prayer dated 11.07.2024 before the Director, Health and Family Welfare, Gurkhabasti, Agartala, ventilating her grievance. However, till date, the grievance of the petitioner remains unattended. 4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the prayer dated 11.07.2024, within a period of 2(two) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, in accordance with law and the same be communicated to the petitioner herein. 5. With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
