This petition has been filed against the order dated 30.5.2025 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Etah, rejecting the application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC filed by the defendant-petitioner. 3. The order rejecting an application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC is revisable order and, therefore, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy by filing a revision, as available to him, under the law. 5.
