Learned counsel for petitioner is not able to show any averment that transfer was not made on petitioner’s own request. Therefore, challenge to transfer order has no legal basis. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner will join at transferred place within five days from today. In that event, arrears of salary, if any, shall be released in favour of petitioner after verification that petitioner has worked or not. 5.
