JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "PRAYER For the reasons stated above, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to: a. Set aside the order dated 21.01.2025, passed in IA No.3/2025 in G and W.C No.23/2024 passed by the Senior civil Judge and JMFC, Channarayapatna, Hassan at Annexure-C. b. Pass such other writ, order or direction that this Hon'ble Court deems fit to pass in the circumstances of the case." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that G&WC.No.23/2024 is filed on 20.08.2024 and along with G&WC petition, the petitioner had filed an I.A. seeking visitation and he has placed the proceedings sheet which shows that the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32434 WP No. 25397 of 2025 matter is adjourned so many times and till now, the trial Court has not considered the application filed seeking visitation. 3. This Court is repeatedly passing orders on the judicial side and also on the administrative side directing the trial Courts to pass orders on the applications seeking visitation, maintenance within a period of one month from the date of appearance of the other side. In spite of that, it appears that the Courts are not passing orders as per the timeline fixed by this Court. This Court is not able to understand, when I.A.No.3 is filed on 20.08.2024, even after one year, why the application is not considered. Hence, this Court deems it appropriate to pass the following order: ORDER i. The Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Channarayapatna, Hassan, shall dispose of pending I.A.No.3 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. ii. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. iii. This Court is not proposing to issue notice to the respondent as this Court is not passing any - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32434 WP No. 25397 of 2025 adverse orders and disposal of the petition is in the interest of both the parties. iv.
