The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order of this Court dated 14.07.2024 passed in WPS No. 4574 of 2023. 2 Vide order dated 14.07.2024, this Court has passed the following order/direction:- “ Let a decision be taken in this regard be taken within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the order of this court has duly been complied with. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it transpires that there is no willful disobedience on the part of the respondents.
