The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants in Case No. 796 of 2019 arising out of Case Crime No. 1007 of 2016 (converted from NCR No. 665/16, dated 06.11.2016), under Sections 308, 323, 325, 504 IPC, Police Station Baradari, District- Bareilly. 2. After arguing the matter at some length, Mohd. Abid Ali, counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to the applicants to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3. In view of the above, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to surrender before the concerned court and file regular bail application, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
