The petitioner is a complainant and he made a complaint before the District Magistrate, Gorakhpur/respondent no.2 against the Village Pradhan namely Rajesh Yadav/respondent no.5 for certain irregularities committed by him on 19.02.2025. The complaint was supported by an affidavit. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that though a considerable time has already lapsed but till date no decision has been taken hence present writ petition. 3. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the decision will be taken by the respondent no.2 on the aforesaid complaint expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 5. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to decide the complaint submitted by the petitioner expeditiously but strictly in accordance with law.
