ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider her representations dated 04.10.2024 and 18.01.2025 vide Annexures "A" and "B".

Learned counsel for the respondents files a Memo stating that the representations of the petitioner dated 04.10.2024 and 18.01.2025 vide Annexures
"A" and
"B" have been considered and an

endorsement has been issued on 10.12.2025 rejecting the claim of the petitioner, as she is not entitled for claiming an appointment on compassionate grounds on account of her brother's death, since she herself has stated in the application dated 04.10.2024 vide Annexure 'J' that she is married and residing with her husband. Therefore, the petitioner is not a dependent of the deceased employee, as prescribed under the Rules. A copy of the endorsement dated 10.12.2025 is also produced along with the Memo.
3. As the respondents have considered the representations of the petitioner vide Annexure "A" and
"B", and issued an endorsement dated 10.12.2025, in view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.

5. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to challenge the endorsement dated 10.12.2025, if so desired.
